Budget Mini Plinth

Budget plinths may feature some irregularities or defects, such as off-centre drilling or damage that occurred during the handcrafting process. They make great stand-in plinths for when you are working on pieces but are yet to mount them on their final base, or if you are going to be covering the defects with basing materials or paints.
The plinth you receive may feature sharp or bevelled edges at random. See image for examples.

Timber Finish
This plinth is finished with a matte liquid beeswax mix, which will protect the timber as you are working but will not prevent painting or shaping. As the beeswax sets and soaks into the wood, you may notice some irregularities developing. A light application of any timber oil, beeswax or varnish will restore the colour and shine to these areas.
