Class Costs
The ticket amount amount covers airfares, travel, room hire & accommodation as necessary, with anything else going toward helping to pay for the time taken developing the content & resources
Refunds and Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at any time at no additional cost. Due to non-refundable expenses especially concerning travel, I would absolutely prefer you consider this option before requesting a refund. Please reach out at any time if you have any questions or notify us so we can update the attendee list.
Especially when travelling If you need to cancel your booking for this workshop, the following refund terms apply:

More than 30 days before the event: A refund of 100% of the workshop ticket cost will be issued.

Within 30 days of the event: A refund of 50% of the workshop ticket cost will be issued.

Within 15 days of the event: No refund is available.
Cancellations by the Organiser
If the workshop is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly changed by the organiser (such as due to sickness), participants will be offered:

A partial refund and the rescheduling of the class to an online session, or

The option to transfer to the rescheduled date.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if the workshop is cancelled, not delivered with reasonable care and skill, or does not match its description.
How to Request a Refund or Transfer
Please contact me in writing via admin@evastudios.com.au with your booking details. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
